Austin is a great Crew member! Austin went to Stevenson High School and loves spending time with his family and daughter. When he has free time, Austin loves skateboarding and going on adventures! Austin joined the team during the winter of 2020.
Xavier joined Poseidon Ponds & Landscaping in 2020 and is a Construction Foreman. Xavier is an avid outdoorsman, enjoying hunting, fishing and trapping. He enjoys everything outdoors and spends most of his time either fishing, hunting, trapping or participating in motocross races.
Erik is a Construction Foreman/Pond Builder by day and a plant enthusiast by night. Erik loves to transform plain, ordinary backyards and spaces into a paradise oasis! Erik has been with Poseidon since 2019.
Nick is a valued Crew member at Poseidon! He is passionate about building waterfalls. Nick also enjoys hunting, fishing, being outdoors, camping, spending time with friends and family as well as hockey and skiing. Nick joined the Poseidon family in 2020.
Poseidon Ponds & Landscaping is a growing company and we are focused on training, educating, and developing our team members. We attend yearly industry events and conferences to further our education and make sure we are top in our field. We strongly believe in order for us to serve our customers at the highest level we need to focus on the growth and happiness of our employees.
We have been so lucky to have Leo working with us during the summers since 2020. We will miss him when he heads west to attend college in Oregon!
Adam is the lead maintenance worker at Poseidon. Originally from the Driftless Region of Minnesota and Wisconsin, he obtained a Bachelor of Arts from Columbia College in Chicago. Being raised in the wild hills of the Upper Midwest and a frequent visitor to the deserts and coastal plains of Texas has given him a love of the natural world and an appreciation of nature as a form of solace and inspiration. This passion towards making nature more accessible and wishing to give others more peace in a hectic world informs and inspires his love of water features and maintaining flourishing ecosystems.
Devyn started with Poseidon the summer of 2021 and quickly became very valuable. He is a man of many trades!
Nan is our very valued Administrative Assistant. She comes to us with a Bachelor's of Fine Arts from Columbia College, Chicago, a Master's in Art History from Cal State and a Master's in Museum Studies from U of M. Nan has retired from a career in museums and has an appreciation for jazz, gardening, and cooking. She has two adorable feline friends that join her each morning with her coffee.
Jill became a part of the Poseidon family in May, 2019 and is the Office Manager. Jill earned her Bachelor's of Science degree and Master's degree from CMU. When not working, she and her husband enjoy hanging out with their Labradoodle and Old English Sheepdog, as well as kayaking, bicycling, hiking or just being with friends. Jill also loves drawing, painting, and all things creative.
Ani joined the team in 2017 and is our General Manager. She graduated from University of Michigan - Dearborn in April 2017 with a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science. Ani was hired in to run the maintenance division and now oversees all operations. She is always trying to learn and better herself in every way possible. Ani is from Livonia, Michigan and grew up spending the majority of her time outdoors. She enjoys reading, hiking, and exploring nature.
Cory Mann is the owner of Poseidon Ponds & Landscaping. He is a Dexter, Michigan native (5th generation) and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Horticulture from Michigan State University. Cory started this company in 2012 but has worked in the water feature and landscape industry for over 15 years. Often times you will see Cory on-site helping out with installations or maintenance jobs. When he's not out in the field he is in the office making sure everything that keeps the team running gets done. Cory is very passionate about his work, his clients and loves every aspect of nature. Cory is a family man and loves spending time with his wife Jill, and four children Laila, Landon, Camden and Kyler. He enjoys teaching them all about nature and playing with them in the hybrid pondless waterfall he designed that can be converted into a small pool for his children.
